At Kink BMX, we stand behind the quality of our components and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included; write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own preferred shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
